Account Manager

About the role

Vodafone is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with our enterprise customers. You will be responsible for retaining existing revenue and driving growth across a portfolio of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand revenue within assigned accounts, meeting or exceeding targets for revenue, margin and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute bid strategies, manage complex sales cycles and close large‑scale deals.
• Act as the customer advocate, translating market challenges into actionable internal initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with C‑suite stakeholders and negotiate contracts across multiple product lines.
• Provide accurate quarterly forecasts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior sales experience in technology, telecom or FMCG/consumer goods.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of ICT and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
