Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (Turkish, English)

About the role

Google’s Large Customer Sales team helps the world’s leading brands and agencies grow using Google’s advertising solutions. As an Account Manager you will combine a passion for sales with deep knowledge of online media to drive customer success across Search, YouTube, Display and App campaigns. You will act as an owner, move quickly through change and deliver innovative, strategic outcomes for both Google and your clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing advertising clients, understanding their business objectives, goals and challenges.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within the assigned book of business, prioritize accounts and handle objections.
• Translate client needs into tailored Google advertising solutions across Search, Video, Display and App formats.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaign performance and meet revenue quotas.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaign results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development or a related digital media role.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work in multicultural, cross‑functional teams and to meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Google Ads (Search, Video, Display, App campaigns).
• Performance‑marketing campaign management.
• Data analysis and reporting.
