Accountant – 6‑Month Contract (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Accountant on a six‑month contract to support a leading facilities management organisation in Dublin. The role focuses on audit preparation and financial reporting, offering immediate impact within a busy finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Respond to audit queries and ensure timely information delivery.
• Support statutory reporting and financial reconciliations.
• Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure a smooth audit process.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Strong audit experience, preferably with Irish organisations.
• Previous experience preparing organisations for external audits.
• Ability to liaise directly with auditors and manage audit requests.
• Experience in facilities management or a multi‑site environment is advantageous.
• Available to start on short notice.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
