Accounting Manager

About the role

Docusign’s Finance team is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead the monthly and quarterly close processes for its International accounting team. The role focuses on transfer pricing, intercompany accounting, and statutory reporting for entities across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate month‑end and quarter‑end close for International entities, ensuring alignment with corporate deadlines.
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance‑sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis.
• Review and record monthly transfer‑pricing calculations for all International entities.
• Drive consistency, quality, and KPI reporting across the International accounting team.
• Own the secondary ledger close and support statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with the consolidations team to investigate and resolve accounting issues.

Required profile

• Experience with monthly close processes in a US‑headquartered multinational.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and Irish or UK GAAP.
• In‑depth knowledge of large‑scale ERP systems (SAP and Oracle).
• Proven ability to drive automation and standardisation.
• Detail‑oriented and able to meet strict deadlines in a cross‑functional environment.
