Administrative Assistant

About the role
The successful Irish multinational is looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join its head‑office finance team in Swords. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting finance operations while liaising with internal departments and external suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the finance team.
- Process invoices, prepare bank payments and issue remittance advices.
- Reconcile supplier and service provider accounts.
- Assist with month‑end procedures and journal postings.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments across the business.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and general office administration.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and databases.
- Support wider office and finance operations as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in finance administration, accounts assistance or office support.
- Strong numerical ability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Organised, flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

What we offer
- Salary €35,000 – €40,000 depending on experience.
