About the role
We are looking for an Aftersales Assistant to join our Customer Service Department at the Grafton Street store. The role blends office administration, sales support and front‑of‑house duties, delivering a high level of service to our clients and premium brand partners.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent after‑sales support to customers in person and over the phone.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing and documentation.
- Assist with sales activities and promote our luxury product range.
- Maintain the store’s front‑of‑house appearance and greet visitors.
- Work flexibly across a 37.5‑hour week, covering bank holidays and late‑night trading when rostered.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused with a strong initiative and ability to work in a structured team.
- Professional presentation and an outgoing, friendly personality.
- Previous experience in office administration, call‑centre or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent phone manner, attention to detail and confidence dealing with luxury brand partners.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
