AI Analyst – Architecture

About the role

Marsh’s AI Center of Excellence is seeking an Associate Architect to help shape AI adoption across the global enterprise. Working closely with the Head of AI CoE, you will evaluate emerging AI technologies, design integration patterns, and build reference architectures that guide large‑scale AI implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to AI platform architecture and design integration across Marsh’s technology landscape.
• Research emerging AI technologies (LLMs, memory systems, agentic frameworks, guardrails) and recommend candidates for proof‑of‑concepts.
• Partner with software engineers on PoCs, providing architectural guidance and integration strategies.
• Create high‑level integration diagrams, reference architectures, and technology radar documents.
• Produce architecture documentation usable by both human engineers and AI coding agents.
• Present architectural proposals at Marsh’s Architecture Council, Development Council, and business unit forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, information systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Up to 2 years of professional experience, including internships or placements.
• Strong interest in system design and architecture, with a habit of tracking emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) and the modern programming languages they support.
