AI Evaluation Specialist – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented AI Evaluation Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. You will play a key part in assessing the quality, clarity, and usability of AI‑generated content across a variety of formats.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated outputs and evaluate them against quality and user‑experience standards.
• Identify inconsistencies, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in text and visual content.
• Apply structured evaluation guidelines and provide nuanced feedback to inform model refinement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define scoring criteria and improve review processes.
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency to ensure reliable, actionable results.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of evaluation workflows and best practices.

Required profile

• Native‑level English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Exceptional reading comprehension and acute attention to detail.
• Strong observational skills with solid aesthetic or editorial judgment.
• Ability to think critically and deliver consistent, high‑quality evaluations in ambiguous scenarios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
