AI Operator

About the role

We are seeking an AI Operator to join a partner organization in Ireland. This hands‑on role focuses on redesigning operational workflows by embedding AI tools directly into everyday processes across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Map and analyse existing team workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and quality gaps.
• Redesign processes with AI at the core, using tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex and automation platforms like n8n.
• Build and deploy practical solutions including AI agents, prompt libraries, automation flows and reusable workflow playbooks.
• Coach and train teams to ensure full adoption of new AI‑enabled ways of working.
• Measure impact using operational metrics such as time saved, cycle‑time reduction, cost efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Translate successful workflows into scalable frameworks for use across other teams and business units.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of experience in operations, product, consulting, customer success, project management or a similar field.
• Proven ability to drive behavioural and process change within teams.
• Strong change‑management skills and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Claude.
• Hands‑on experience with OpenAI Codex.
• Experience building automations and lightweight agents using n8n or equivalent workflow platforms.
