AI Trainer & Evaluator (Remote)

About the role

As an AI Trainer & Evaluator you will help shape next‑generation artificial‑intelligence models by providing high‑quality, real‑world input. Working remotely, you will assess AI‑generated content, annotate data sets and deliver actionable feedback that drives continuous model improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and score AI‑generated responses using defined rubrics across domains such as business, finance, marketing, healthcare and legal.
• Annotate and categorize data sets to enhance model accuracy and reliability.
• Review content for relevance, coherence and factual correctness, documenting findings meticulously.
• Provide clear feedback to inform ongoing model refinements.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to interpret guidelines and help refine evaluation rubrics.
• Maintain detailed records of annotations and evaluation results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data annotation.
• Strong critical reading and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience evaluating large volumes of content against detailed criteria.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setting.
