AI Trainer – Remote (up to $70/hr)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Trainer to evaluate and improve the performance of AI‑generated content. This remote contract position allows you to work 10‑40 hours per week, providing detailed feedback that directly influences model refinement.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, factual correctness, and alignment with project goals.
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and subtle nuances in responses using high‑level reading comprehension.
• Deliver constructive, actionable feedback to guide model improvements.
• Collaborate with team members, communicating findings clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Simulate real‑life scenarios to test model utility and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Native‑level English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Strong analytical thinking and high‑level reading comprehension.
