Aircraft Leasing IT Operations & Support Lead (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead on‑site technology support for a new Dublin office of a fast‑growing aircraft leasing platform. The role combines day‑to‑day desktop support with participation in broader infrastructure, governance and compliance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on‑site contact for all hardware, software and connectivity issues in the Dublin office.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, meeting‑room equipment and general office technology.
• Prioritise and manage daily support requests to ensure timely, professional resolution.
• Assist with the setup, ongoing development and operational management of the office’s IT environment.
• Collaborate with the external IT lead and third‑party providers on escalations, projects and infrastructure initiatives.
• Support company‑wide IT, compliance, governance and regulatory workstreams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, operations or infrastructure within a corporate setting.
• Experience in financial services, aircraft leasing or other regulated environments is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across the business.
