AML Risk Analyst – Third Party Risk Management

About the role

Genpact is seeking an AML Risk Analyst to support its Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) function. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to cleanse supplier data, perform compliance checks, and ensure timely completion of risk assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Cleanse supplier data and conduct compliance checks on the supplier database.
• Liaise with external parties to obtain additional data and information.
• Monitor third‑party tasks via dashboards to ensure adherence to defined timeframes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to close assessments and meet client‑specific turnaround times.
• Prepare and circulate daily compliance movement reports and progress updates.
• Support the primary manager in all outlined responsibilities.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills in English, both written and oral.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Understanding of controls, risk, and compliance concepts.
• Experience in Third‑Party Due Diligence (TPDD) or TPRM is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of sanctions, anti‑bribery, and anti‑corruption regulations.
• Team player able to meet customer timelines with flexibility and integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio.
• Ability to create presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
