App UX and Growth Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an App UX and Growth Consultant to work with high‑profile mobile gaming partners. The role combines deep UX analysis, data‑driven growth strategies and partnership consulting to boost user engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑depth UX assessments and tailored recommendations for mobile gaming apps, using user segmentation and A/B testing.
• Perform comprehensive data audits to identify the UX and implementation levers that most affect growth and ARPDAU.
• Design and maintain scalable recommendation models that target in‑app purchases and ad revenue for specific user cohorts.
• Generate actionable app insights for marketing campaigns, events and executive briefings.
• Lead cross‑functional discussions with product, marketing and data‑science teams, acting as a trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting or investment banking.
• Proven experience in the mobile app and mobile gaming ecosystems.
• Strong background in analysing mobile app performance data sets.
• Experience collaborating with C‑level executives and cross‑functional teams.
