Artificial Intelligence Architect – up to €140k

About the role

We are a fast‑growing AI‑focused fintech building agentic systems for private equity and investment banking. As an Artificial Intelligence Architect you will be a foundational hire for our Dublin office, leading the design and delivery of multi‑agent architectures, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines and end‑to‑end LLMOps.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑agent architectures (e.g., supervisor‑worker, hierarchical teams) and RAG pipelines over proprietary data.
• Select and integrate LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen or CrewAI for specific use cases.
• Build safe tool‑use and function‑calling capabilities enabling agents to interact with APIs, databases and SaaS platforms.
• Implement guardrails and optimise prompting strategies (CoT, ReAct, ToT) for reliability and low latency.
• Own LLMOps including evaluation (Ragas, DeepEval), observability (LangSmith, Arize, Datadog) and cost‑performance trade‑offs.
• Take prototypes to production with modular, testable code and containerised cloud deployment.

Required profile

• Architect‑level experience delivering production‑grade agentic AI systems at established companies or scaled startups.
• Proven end‑to‑end ownership of AI architecture, from design through containerised deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or Azure).
• Strong communication skills in professional English.

What we offer
