Assistant Manager – Finance and Accounts

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Finance and Accounts will support the finance function of a hospital environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient vendor management. This role reports to the senior finance leadership and contributes to strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Revenue reconciliation and income booking
• Vendor bill verification, payment processing and account reconciliation
• Profit & Loss analysis, reclassification and preparation of business review reports
• Monitoring expenses and provisioning
• Preparation and filing of statutory taxes, GST, GSTR‑1 & GSTR‑3B, and related challan payments
• Processing PF challans in line with statutory timelines
• Coordination with auditors and preparation of audit schedules
• Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager

Required profile

• B.Com/BBA graduate with 12‑15 years of progressive finance experience in a hospital setup
• M.Com/MBA graduate with 8‑10 years of progressive finance experience in a hospital setup
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities
• High integrity and commitment to organizational values
