Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Hollister store in Dundrum Town Centre. The role combines business strategy, operations, creativity and people management: driving sales through analysis and customer service, overseeing daily store operations, and leading the team from recruitment and training to engagement and development. Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Supervise the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations
• Handle staffing and scheduling, payroll management and train and develop non-management staff
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays and protect store assets
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions and operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omnichannel orders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Fluency in English and a strong customer focus
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and a strong work ethic
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
