Assistant Tax Manager – Corporate Tax (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Tax Manager to join our Corporate Tax team in Dublin on a hybrid basis. You will own a portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering both compliance and advisory services while working alongside experienced tax professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of corporate tax clients with increasing autonomy.
• Prepare and review high‑quality corporate tax computations and returns.
• Support clients with commercial tax planning and advisory projects across various sectors.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact, building long‑term trusted relationships.
• Keep clients informed of legislative developments and identify planning opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and risk management procedures.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
• Assist in achieving team revenue targets and drive practice growth.

Required profile

• CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Corporate tax or mixed‑tax experience within an accountancy practice.
• Proven experience managing corporate tax compliance assignments.
• Strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercial mindset and ability to manage multiple client deadlines.
