Associate International Growth Consultant

About the role

Google’s International Growth Team is looking for an Associate International Growth Consultant to help EMEA’s leading businesses expand globally. You will work closely with customers to define growth strategies, translate business objectives into Google advertising and localization solutions, and deliver actionable commercial recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers in shaping and executing international growth strategies using Google’s ad and Workspace products.
• Link business and marketing objectives with technical solutions across Android and iOS platforms.
• Provide insights and storytelling that drive commercial recommendations for international expansion.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Large Customer Sales team to integrate best practices and drive adoption of Google solutions.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with customers and agency partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Apps & Gaming or the mobile ecosystem (Android & iOS).
• Fluent English for business meetings and negotiations.
• Experience in digital advertising, sales, business development or strategy consulting.
• Proven ability to deliver actionable insights and influence executive stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, problem‑solving and quantitative analysis skills.
