Audit Manager / Assistant Manager – Hybrid Role in Sligo

About the role

EisnerAmper Ireland is seeking experienced Audit Managers or Assistant Managers to join its growing Sligo office. This hybrid position offers the chance to work with a diverse client portfolio while benefiting from a supportive learning and development environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit engagements, delivering high‑quality audits on time and within budget.
• Develop existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Uphold the firm’s values, demonstrating integrity and ethical conduct.
• Provide high‑level technical support to clients throughout the audit process.
• Oversee billing, collections, and profitability for each assignment.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA).
• Relevant audit experience within a practice environment.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Proactive approach to client service and business development.
• Excellent teamwork orientation.
