Audit Partner – Industry (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an Audit Partner – Industry to join the leadership team of a leading Big 4 firm in Dublin. The role will involve leading a large audit practice, managing a diverse corporate client portfolio and driving growth within the industry sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and build a high‑performing team of junior and senior audit professionals.
• Service, manage and expand a broad range of corporate audit clients across sectors such as technology, manufacturing, pharma and more.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high‑quality audit delivery.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic growth objectives and partner‑level initiatives.

Required profile

• Current or former Audit Director/Partner from a Big 4 or Top 10 firm, preferably within Corporate Audit.
• Proven experience in managing audit teams and delivering complex engagements.
• Strong client relationship management and commercial mindset.
• Ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders.
