Backend QA Engineer - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Backend QA Engineer who will also act as an AI Trainer, helping to improve our AI‑driven coding platform. You will work remotely with a global community of engineers, designing coding challenges and evaluating AI‑generated code to refine intelligent systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI models, with a focus on Android development.
• Write clear, high‑quality code snippets and detailed explanations for each problem.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
• Provide constructive feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Previous experience as a software developer, coder, or engineer is preferred.
• Eligibility to work from the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Independent contractor willing to be paid via PayPal.

Required skills

• Kotlin (preferred for Android work).
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.
• Strong written communication and grammar skills.
