About the role
We are looking for a Bakery Assistant to join our newly launched in‑house bakery at the Leixlip Distribution Centre. You will work with a small, friendly team to bake and finish pre‑prepared bakery products for nationwide distribution.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in baking and finishing pre‑prepared bakery items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace.
- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet output targets.
- Report daily activities and any issues to the Bakery Manager and Supervisor.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a bakery or deli environment.
- Reliable, motivated and able to work well within a small team.
- Attention to detail and pride in producing quality products.
Required skills
What we offer
- Fixed weekday hours: Monday‑Friday, 2 pm – 8 pm.
- No weekend work required.
