Barista Trainer – Hybrid (Dublin & Leinster)

About the role

Bewley's is looking for a passionate Barista Trainer to join its Northern Cross Office on a hybrid basis. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality coffee training and quality checks to both customers and internal teams, helping to maintain the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions for customers, staff and internal colleagues on coffee preparation techniques and equipment use.
• Conduct quarterly Coffee Quality Checks (CQC) – both proactive and reactive – and report findings.
• Support other departments during customer pitches, tastings and trade events to ensure coffee quality.
• Represent Bewley's at Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) events, enhancing the company’s industry profile.
• Collaborate with the Barista Training Manager to develop and roll out coffee‑centric programs across the business.
• Establish and nurture key customer relationships as defined by the Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate training documentation, CQC records and administrative data.
• Assist in delivering the SCA training course programme for both customers and internal staff.
