Bilingual Channel Sales Engineer – French (Remote, EMEA)

About the role

Keeper Security is seeking a bilingual (French) Channel Sales Engineer to join its EMEA channel sales team. Working remotely from Ireland or the UK, you will support partners throughout the pre‑sales and post‑sales cycle, helping them understand and adopt Keeper’s cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical pre‑sales support for Keeper products to channel partners across EMEA.
• Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to develop partner technical capabilities and drive incremental revenue.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely, on‑site, or at Keeper facilities.
• Assist partners with product trials, evaluations, implementation, and integration.
• Offer level‑2 technical assistance to existing customers and act as a technical advisor.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product features, enhancements, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with partners and internal teams.

Required skills

• Technical pre‑sales and post‑sales support experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, especially password and secrets management.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
