Billing and Collections Training Manager

About the role

Yuno Energy is expanding its Domestic Billing & Collections operation and is looking for a Training Manager to raise the standard and consistency of agent training. You will own end‑to‑end process documentation, design onboarding programmes and support business readiness for system changes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a single, audit‑ready repository of Billing & Collections process documentation with annual version control.
• Design and deliver a structured Day‑1 to Month‑5 onboarding roadmap, including assessments to verify competency.
• Develop refresher and continuous training programmes based on QA metrics and skills‑gap analysis.
• Partner with IT and change teams to create training for new system releases and manage rollout logistics.
• Create and keep branded, version‑controlled training materials, e‑learning modules and video content.
• Line‑manage the Quality Assurance Specialist, ensuring QA insights feed training priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a training, learning & development or capability role, preferably in a high‑volume contact‑centre environment.
• Track record of designing structured onboarding programmes with milestone‑based competency assessment.
• Strong process documentation skills and experience maintaining controlled document libraries.
• Ability to translate performance data into refresher and change training programmes.
• Confident facilitator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to keep auditable training logs.
