BMS Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead the delivery of Building Management System projects across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial and public sector sites in Ireland and the UK. You will own the project lifecycle from handover to final account, ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage BMS projects from sales handover through to completion and final account agreement.
• Coordinate design, panel manufacture, electrical installation and commissioning activities.
• Work closely with internal design, manufacturing and commissioning teams to meet programme, cost and quality targets.
• Maintain primary client contact throughout the project, attending site meetings and providing regular updates.
• Monitor project finances, prepare monthly valuations and oversee invoicing.
• Handle multiple live projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in BMS, controls, building services or electrical projects.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage project budgets.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
