Brand Marketing Executive

About the role

The Brand Marketing Executive will bring HRI’s “Racing Runs In Us” story to life across owned, earned and paid media. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will help design and launch integrated campaigns that highlight equine safety, sustainability, community impact and the national hunt season.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Brand Manager in creating, planning and delivering integrated campaigns aligned with the “Racing Runs In Us” platform.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for the national hunt season using owned, earned and paid channels.
• Collaborate with internal business units and external agencies to produce creative assets and ensure brand consistency.
• Gather audience insights, market intelligence and performance data to shape communication strategies.
• Assist in managing the media‑buying agency and the annual media plan for HRI’s brand activities.
• Produce and maintain content for HRI’s owned channels, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Lead post‑campaign reporting, analyse results and present recommendations to the marketing team.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, budgets and deliverables to ensure efficient execution.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in brand, marketing or communications roles.
• Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong copywriting ability and experience adapting messaging for diverse audiences.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing performance metrics.
• Excellent project management, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and work with external agencies.
