Bulk Delivery Driver – Flexible Shifts

About the role

Calor is seeking experienced Bulk Delivery Drivers to transport LPG, LNG and other fuels to domestic, industrial and commercial customers across Ireland. Drivers work on a rotating shift pattern covering early‑morning, day and afternoon shifts, with a 5‑days‑in‑7 schedule that may include weekends and occasional emergency calls.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑ and post‑shift vehicle inspections and health‑and‑safety checks.
• Deliver bulk fuels safely using the on‑board computer system, completing single or multiple drop deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and produce licences for inspection when required.
• Refuel the tanker before or during shifts in line with company procedures.
• Keep the vehicle clean and report any accidents, incidents or near‑misses promptly.
• Assist with training and support of fellow drivers and perform minor yard duties as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of HGV driving experience with a clean, valid HGV licence appropriate for tankers.
• ADR certificate for bulk gases (packages and tanks).
• Driver CPC qualification and a valid digital tachograph card, with CPC modules up to date.
• Good written and spoken English and a solid standard of maths (Leaving Cert or equivalent preferred).
