Business Analyst – Risk and Finance Technology

About the role
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join the Risk and Finance Technology team of a leading financial services organisation in Dublin. In this hybrid position you will translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for the development team, supporting continuous innovation across the firm.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with business users to understand needs, analyse problems and capture detailed requirements.
- Collaborate with developers to refine and convert requirements into executable specifications.
- Develop a deep understanding of both the business and technical domains to ensure solutions meet strategic objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- At least 8 years of overall technical experience.
- Strong background in financial services or investment banking.
- Data‑focused mindset with proven analytical abilities.
Required skills
- SQL
- Data dictionaries / data mapping
- Database querying and analysis
What we offer
- 6‑12 month daily‑rate contracts with a high likelihood of extension.
- Hybrid working environment (office and remote).
- Competitive daily rate up to €600.
