Business Consultant – Solutions & Partner Management

About the role

We are looking for a Business Consultant who will act as a trusted partner to internal and external users, partners and clients. You will translate commercial business needs into repeatable solutions, support the full solution lifecycle and help drive business efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking and meeting facilitation.
• Create and update repeatable solution content such as best‑practice guides, tutorials and blog articles.
• Contribute to business efficiency plans by identifying inefficiencies and proposing actionable options.
• Define long‑term solution strategies in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and influence product feature priorities.
• Execute approved solutions, troubleshoot issues and identify trends across users and partners.
• Support architecture design, feature requests and partner strategy development with minimal guidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience consulting with manager‑level stakeholders and delivering solution‑focused outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose practical workarounds.
• Excellent communication skills for design sessions, documentation and partner reviews.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with engineering, product and sales teams.
