About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business growth for a fast‑scaling SaaS platform in the hospitality technology sector across Europe. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building long‑term relationships with hotels, venues and conference centres.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process for SMB hospitality accounts, from lead generation to contract signing.
- Develop and execute targeted account strategies to capture new revenue opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, maintaining accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
- Build and nurture relationships with hospitality stakeholders, preparing tailored proposals and leading negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Representative team to optimise pipeline development.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences.
- Monitor market trends and contribute insights to refine regional sales strategy.
Required profile
- 2+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience, preferably within hospitality tech.
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and meeting revenue targets.
- Consultative, solution‑selling approach in complex B2B environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote‑first, target‑driven setting.
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (German preferred).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
