Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business acquisition and grow existing accounts for an iconic global personal care brand. Working within a fast‑paced, commercially driven environment, you will be responsible for expanding the brand’s presence across an assigned territory and delivering revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert high‑potential accounts, generating new business across the territory.
• Develop and nurture existing customer relationships to increase revenue and improve account performance.
• Deliver business reviews, commercial planning and tailored growth strategies for each customer.
• Provide product education, training and ongoing support to maximise customer success.
• Maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and attendance at industry events.
• Monitor market activity, competitor trends and customer feedback to uncover commercial opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs and territory growth objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service and leadership teams to support broader business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field‑based sales, business development or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Commercially minded with strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable managing a territory and balancing new‑business acquisition with account development.
• Confident delivering presentations, training sessions and customer meetings.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passionate about customer experience and building long‑term partnerships.
