Business Development Manager – iGaming Partnerships

About the role

This fully remote position is based in Germany and focuses on expanding strategic partnerships within the iGaming ecosystem. You will identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with content providers, aggregators, and industry partners to drive product growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and establish partnerships with gaming providers, aggregators, and content studios.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full lifecycle of partnership agreements.
• Evaluate new business opportunities by assessing partner portfolios, commercial terms, technical capabilities, and market positioning.
• Optimize existing agreements through performance reviews and renegotiations.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to spot strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and legal teams for integrations, launches, and partnership initiatives.
• Maintain a strong partner network and foster long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Track partnership performance and provide insights for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of gaming content ecosystems and commercial partnership structures.
• Proven track record of negotiating and managing agreements with gaming providers or aggregators.
• Ability to analyse commercial terms and performance metrics to support decisions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
