Business Development Manager

About the role

Google’s Partnerships Development team is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new strategic partnerships across its advertising ecosystem. You will work directly with C‑level executives and internal product leads to unlock revenue potential for high‑growth publishers in the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate market opportunities for ad‑monetisation solutions such as AdSense, AdMob and Google Ad Manager.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high‑potential prospects, guiding them through the partnership lifecycle.
• Structure agreements, negotiate terms, and ensure successful implementation of monetisation models.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, legal, and operations teams to deliver end‑to‑end partnership solutions.
• Provide data‑driven strategic recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting.
• Proven experience working with C‑level executives and managing agreements.
• Strong project‑management background and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑changing environment.
