Business Development Manager

About the role

This field‑based Business Development Manager role is focused on winning new business and building lasting customer relationships across the North Leinster region of Ireland. You will work with premium products and a trusted brand, travelling to meet end‑users and dealer partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities throughout Ireland.
• Target high‑potential end‑users and key industry sectors.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
• Collaborate with dealer partners to deliver seamless customer solutions.
• Strengthen and expand existing dealer relationships in the region.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight value.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline visibility using CRM systems.

Required profile

• Hunter mindset with a passion for winning new business.
• Confident, personable and skilled at building relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the sales cycle.
• Highly organised with solid pipeline and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• 2–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
• Successful direct sales experience (essential).
• Experience working with dealer or channel partners (advantageous).
• Full, clean driving licence.
