Business Development Manager – Lift Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our lift and mobility solutions into new market sectors and locations from our Dublin office. The role focuses on building relationships with consultants and clients, identifying opportunities, and securing contracts for both standard and custom lift products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with consultants and clients in untapped markets.
• Gather client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to design tailored lift solutions.
• Promote the company’s brand, products and services to key decision‑makers and secure new contracts.
• Work closely with the Sales Director to train and support the sales team on new offerings.
• Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with key contacts to drive ongoing growth.
• Achieve annual targets and KPI’s set for revenue and market penetration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development, sales or account management, preferably within the elevator/lift industry.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to spot opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Full clean Irish driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland/EU.
