Business Development Manager – Packaging (Ireland)

About the role

Antalis is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join its Packaging team covering Ireland. You will help customers protect products, improve efficiency and reduce waste by delivering innovative packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and win new business opportunities across Ireland.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Recommend packaging solutions tailored to customers' operational needs.
• Drive sales growth through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity and sustainable packaging developments.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience.
• Background in industrial packaging, consumables, manufacturing, distribution or related sectors is preferred.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland.
