Business Development Manager – SME & SOHO Sales

About the role

CPM Ireland, in partnership with Vodafone Business, is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow sales within the SME and SOHO market. You will be the front‑line representative, promoting Vodafone’s portfolio of products and services while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory, selling directly to SME and SOHO customers.
• Plan daily routes to maximise efficiency and coverage.
• Set appointments by phone and conduct face‑to‑face meetings with decision‑makers.
• Accurately complete applications and record activity using a CRM system.
• Represent CPM and Vodafone professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Full driving licence and own vehicle.
• Strong results orientation with a proven ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Positive attitude toward customers and colleagues, with a collaborative team mindset.
• Experience in face‑to‑face sales, preferably within the telecom market.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience using a CRM tool to track leads and activities.
