Business Information Systems Analyst

About the role

The Convention Centre Dublin is seeking a Business Information Systems Analyst to own and govern key business information systems, support AI tool roll‑outs, and ensure reliable reporting for our world‑class conference venue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data and applications for Momentus, Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools.
• Develop new business reports and maintain existing reporting solutions.
• Roll out and support AI applications, including Copilot Studio where applicable.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for business intelligence applications.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and quality assurance.
• Support change management, deliver training to new starters and on new tool roll‑outs.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and contribute to additional projects as directed by the Head of Cybersecurity and ICT.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience with SQL databases and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and practical use cases.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organised and a strong team player.
