About the role
The Business Resilience Specialist will support and stabilise the site’s Business Resilience programme, ensuring day‑to‑day execution of risk, crisis and business continuity disciplines. This hands‑on position requires an experienced professional who can quickly build context, work independently, and drive outcomes across a broad stakeholder network.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and continuously improve the site Business Resilience programme covering Risk Management, Crisis Management and Business Continuity.
- Maintain governance structures, trackers and reporting to provide clear visibility of programme health.
- Manage the site risk portfolio, facilitate risk assessments and track mitigation actions.
- Coordinate crisis readiness activities, monitor relevant events, support crisis activations and run exercises.
- Develop, maintain and test Business Continuity plans for all site functions.
- Act as central coordination point for risk‑related activities with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Digital, Capital Projects and external partners.
- Produce concise updates for leadership and identify process improvements.
Required profile
- 3+ years of Project Management experience OR 2+ years in Risk & Business Continuity OR 2+ years in EHS, plus 2+ years relevant work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in Inspection, Packaging or Solid Dosage manufacturing environments.
- Experience working in a regulated, complex operational setting such as pharmaceutical or biotech.
- Proven ability to facilitate risk assessments and drive risk‑based decisions.
