Business Resilience Specialist

About the role

The Business Resilience Specialist will support and stabilise the site’s Business Resilience programme, ensuring day‑to‑day execution of risk, crisis and business continuity disciplines. This hands‑on position requires an experienced resilience professional who can quickly build context, work independently and drive outcomes across a broad stakeholder network.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the site Business Resilience programme, maintaining governance, trackers and reporting for clear visibility.
• Manage the site risk portfolio: define, assess, prioritise risks and facilitate risk assessments and reviews.
• Coordinate crisis‑management readiness, including plans, training, documentation and activation support.
• Develop, maintain and test Business Continuity plans for all site functions, aligning them with current risks and operational changes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Digital, Capital Projects and external partners as the central coordination point for risk‑related activities.
• Maintain structured documentation, prepare leadership updates and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Project Management experience or 2+ years in Risk & Business Continuity or EH&S.
• At least 1 year of experience in inspection, packaging or solid‑dosage manufacturing environments.
• Experience working in regulated or complex operational settings such as pharmaceutical, biotech or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to facilitate risk assessments and lead resilience‑related initiatives.
