C295 B2 Aircraft Technician – Global Travel

About the role

Airbus International Services is seeking a C295 B2 Technician to provide technical support for Light Transport Aircraft (C295/CN235) worldwide. The role involves performing inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting on behalf of Airbus Defence & Space and its customers.

Key responsibilities

• Exercise licence/approval for inspection and daily processes.
• Certify scheduled and unscheduled tasks on C295 or CN235 aircraft.
• Perform planned maintenance, service bulletins and modifications post‑delivery.
• Carry out inspections, repairs, replacements, functional checks, troubleshooting and fault isolation.
• Conduct functional tests and deliver aircraft to customers.
• Manage small groups of non‑licensed mechanics and certify their work.
• Debrief crews to ensure accurate defect recording.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation and ensure equipment, facilities and premises meet standards.
• Analyse technical information and manage workforce workload.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete projects.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or comparable qualification.
• Valid EASA or EMAR Part 66 B2 licence with type rating for C295.
• Experience in civil or military aircraft maintenance.
• Willingness to travel worldwide on short‑term or long‑term missions.
• Full‑time availability under a permanent contract.
