Car Transporter Driver (CE Category) – Up to €80k/year

About the role

NVDA is seeking an experienced Car Transporter Driver (Category CE) to safely move vehicles between Ireland and the UK. You will be responsible for timely deliveries, overnight stays in the cab, and maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and follow routes to ensure on‑time collection and delivery of vehicles.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and keep documentation accurate.
• Sleep overnight in the cab when required and adapt to route changes.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, roadworthiness, and compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Use mobile technology, scanners and email to report issues and update status.

Required profile

• Full HGV CE (Artic) licence with Digital Tachograph and valid CPC card.
• Professional driving experience with HGV CE, plant or bus vehicles.
• Willingness to drive across Ireland and the UK and sleep in the cab.
• Flexibility, resilience and a positive ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Good geographical knowledge of Ireland.
