Casual Food and Beverage Assistant

About the role

Join Hilton’s award‑winning hospitality team as a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant. You’ll work flexible shifts across bar, restaurant, room service and events, delivering warm, memorable experiences to guests while enjoying the freedom of a casual contract.

Key responsibilities

• Support all F&B operations, rotating between bar, restaurant, room service and event areas.
• Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and maintain a high level of service.
• Set and arrange tables, fold napkins, clean and place tableware for dining and events.
• Keep work areas tidy, organized and compliant with health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Adhere to alcohol awareness regulations and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
• Integrity, teamwork, ownership and a proactive, “now” mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
