About the role

Sky Handling Partner is seeking a friendly and proactive Check-in Agent to join its team at Dublin Airport. In this customer‑facing position you will be at the heart of airport operations, ensuring passengers enjoy a smooth and positive journey from check‑in through boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Process passengers and their baggage for the correct flight following established procedures.
• Verify passenger documentation in line with immigration, security and airline requirements.
• Ask required security questions according to IAA directives.
• Assist disrupted or special‑needs passengers following airline procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Manage the boarding process, accurately recording passenger numbers and adhering to safety and security protocols.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service at all times.
• Guide arriving passengers through appropriate immigration channels.
• Report system errors, procedural issues or operational concerns to the Supervisor.
• Support other operational departments as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service role.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts and adapt to operational disruptions.
• Professional attitude with the ability to follow instructions from Duty Managers and the Station Manager.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality and time‑keeping record.
