About the role
Dalata Hotel Group is looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene across our hotels.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen.
- Follow directions from department managers and monitor food quality and hygiene standards.
- Support the Head Chef’s drive for excellence and efficiency in food preparation.
- Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
- Help fellow kitchen staff maintain proper hygiene during food preparation and storage.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in hotels or a comparable kitchen environment.
- Passion for food and a genuine interest in culinary work.
- Mature, pleasant manner when dealing with customers and team members.
- Team‑player who can work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
