Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Technology & Services

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing Irish‑headquartered technology and services firm to find a Chief Financial Officer. This senior leadership position will shape the financial strategy while staying closely connected to day‑to‑day commercial drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commercial finance agenda across the organisation.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery teams on pricing, profitability and commercial performance.
• Drive FP&A, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Support growth initiatives, acquisitions and future investment readiness.
• Provide insight, challenge and financial leadership to strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Commercially focused finance professional with senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record in technology services, consulting, managed services, recruitment, outsourcing or professional services.
• Ability to scale service‑led businesses and influence executive teams.
• Strong understanding of contractor pricing, day rates, utilisation, project profitability and service margins.
