Required profile

• Significant senior finance leadership experience within healthcare or complex multi‑site operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of driving EBITDA and operational performance.
• Experience leading transformation, scaling organisations, and influencing at the executive level.
• Deep understanding of governance, risk, compliance and strategic financial planning.
• Collaborative leadership style capable of partnering across diverse teams.
