About the role
This is an executive-level Chief Information Officer position for a high‑growth software organisation based in Dublin. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CIO will shape and deliver a commercially driven technology strategy, focusing on platforms, integrations and AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi‑year technology strategy aligned with company growth.
- Scale AI initiatives into production‑level solutions.
- Enable complex enterprise client delivery.
- Lead global teams across Engineering, Product, IT and Security.
- Strengthen execution, governance and investment discipline.
Required profile
- Senior technology leader with experience in SaaS, platform or integration‑focused environments.
- Proven background across innovation, operations and cybersecurity.
- Strong commercial judgement and exposure to enterprise clients.
- Pragmatic, delivery‑focused and credible at executive level.
